Membership fees for corporations are base upon gross revenues. All other fees are assessed as a flat rate by industry. The assessments are based upon average market rates taken from similar organizations in Indiana and nationwide. The amounts have been approved by the Northwest Indiana Forum's Board of Directors. Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis and subject to approval from the Board of Directors.

Northwest Indiana Forum, Inc. is a 501(c) 6 organization. Please consult your tax advisors for the appropriate treatment of the contribution.

Northwest Indiana Forum Foundation, Inc is a 501(c) 3 charitable foundation affiliated with the Northwest Indiana Forum, Inc and is available to receive investments from charitable contributions. Please consult your tax advisors for the appropriate treatment of the contribution.

Membership fees are due on a calendar basis, and invoiced in January. When an initial investment is made in a month other than January, the investment is pro-rated for the remainder of the calendar year.
