Northwest Indiana is rich with cultural assets and opportunities that play a vital role in strengthening both community and economic development. IGNITE The Region’s Arts & Culture initiative takes a coordinated, regional approach to cultural planning—aligning partners, clarifying funding priorities, and positioning arts and culture as a shared investment across sectors.
Our Arts & Culture Initiative is comprised of four strategic goals:
1. Embrace the region's heritage and find creative ways to tell the story
2. Grow and advertise the Arts & Culture Districts in the Region
3. Tell the NWI Story Louder & Prouder Through Arts
