Indiana Redevelopment Tax Credit Applications
The Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) is removing the hold on Redevelopment Tax Credits and will begin accepting applications once again. As part of the renewed application process, the IEDC is asking that placemaking and quality-of-life projects come through the regions, with all regional submissions due to the state by October 31, 2026, for a competitive review process.
To help prioritize projects based on alignment with Northwest Indiana’s regional strategy and overall regional impact, the Northwest Indiana Forum is establishing an earlier regional deadline.
All projects seeking consideration through the Northwest Indiana Forum should be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
